I’ve been reviewing the training necessary for my 60 mile walk. One of the activies each week is Cross Training- Something that gets your heart rate up. While it mentions pilates, I don’t find that it gets my heart rate going that much. As time goes on, the cross training is suppose to be 45 minutes, 2x a week. Pilates doesn’t take me that long.
